Made to the specification of federal law enforcement agencies, the Die Hard Ankle Rig from DeSantis Holsters is loaded with unique design elements. Unlike most ankle holster, this one incorporates a retention strap required prior to being approved for duty carry by LEO entities. A high-tech coating and a soft leather lining help extend the life of both the holster and pistol alike. Available in black for right or left-handed shooters. Small frame pistols and revolvers are both supported.

The Hempstead duty holster is designed to work well with uniformed dress events that require officers to be armed during the observed events. High quality leather with a basketweave imprint for style. The holster rides low in order to allow the gun/holster combination to line up better with the rest of a dress uniform.

The DeSantis Max Safe Level II duty holsters were well accepted for years as a retention holster that added an extra level of security in keeping the weapon secure. They were made of a combination of materials that worked well together and provided fast access to the duty pistol when needed. These holsters were phased out eventually because of the introduction of better Level II holster systems.
