For years the basic 3-slot holster design has been known for it's ability to serve both as a traditional hip holster or easily convert to a cross draw holster. This versatility has always been a strong attractor for law enforcement officers and others who spend a lot of their time in the car (bot on and off duty) and need the flexibility of a cross draw belt holster.

Being that Bianchi Holsters is one of the largest suppliers to the law enforcement and military police communities, it should come as no surprise that the company produces a few of their own 3-slot leather belt holsters. The Piranha is a full-grain leather holster that cradles the pistol at a standard height. Their other 3-slot design is the Bianchi Shadow II which is very similar to the Piranha except for the fact that it is designed as a high-ride alternative.

The Piranha features a low-cut front that works to improve draw speed on this forward cant belt holster. The belt holster is produced in a deep mold process which results in a nice, slim profile that helps reduce the bulky feeling often associated with carrying full size pistols.

Details like proper body contouring and a proper retention strap are not left out nor made as an afterthought, but were purposefully worked over numerous times in a series prototypes before final production was approved.

The holster comes in right handed or left handed configurations and is available in either black or tan color schemes. The holster can fit belts up 1 & 3/4" in width without issue.
