Upon first seeing a Covert Option belt holster, it becomes clear that there is something different. Sure, it has the traditional dual loop strap setups for stability, but it also integrates a suede center panel not found on other OWB designs.
Bianchi holsters chose to add the suede center piece to provides a more form fitting carry. Also, the shooters gun belt wraps around the exterior of the holster and the suede provides extra friction for keeping the holster in place when drawing the pistol.
Other performance characteristics include a slight forward cant for efficient drawing while seated at a desk or in the car and a reinforced mouth for simple one-handed holstering. The high leather backing of this belt holster aids in protecting clothing and keeps gun edges away from the body. All of these elements combined mean that the Covert Option so it's not only functional but comfortable as well.
This belt holster is available for the most popular S&W sized revolvers as well as configurations for the most common automatic pistol configurations.
