The CC-AT is a leather OWB belt holster by Milt Sparks that has been approved for IDPA use. Among other things, the gun's characterizing features include a muzzle-to-the-rear forward FBI cant, adjustable tension screw, and a molded front sight track.

The CC-AT holster is considered by most to be made along the lines of a "pancake" holster, but it is not marketed by Milt Sparks Holsters, Inc. that way. Unlike many pancake-style holsters, this one has been dutifully designed to conform well to the hip of the shooter. That being the case, it does not like completely flat as a true pancake holster would.

The tension screw is positioned low on the holster, just below the muzzle. The purpose of this feature is to allow the user to adjust the retention pressure the holster exerts on the gun to keep it secure. Some shooters prefer a lighter amount of force to be applied in order to clear the holster, others like a more security for the gun. Whatever your fancy, the tension screw should be able to make the adjustment to your personal taste. It is important to note that the tension screw does not work well with all handgun designs and the production of this belt holster has been limited to the various 1911 model variations as well as the most Glocks and the Browning Hi-Power. It is often best to call before placing your order to ensure that the holster is still being custom made for your pistol.

Milt Sparks CC-AT holsters are available in black and tan as well as a basket-weave pattern or in shark skin for an additional fee.

This belt hoslter has been very good to me. I work full time as a Boarder Patrol agent under the department of homeland security and recently had to upgrade to a new firearm. I had to get a holster to go with it and had heard good things about the CC-AT. The forward cant works well for me and I’m very satisfied with how it has held up over time.
