One of only a few pocket holster designs made by Milt Sparks, the PCH (Pocket Concealment Holster) is designed to shield an ultra-small pistol such as a mini-revolver, or super-small automatic.
These holsters are leather. If you are thinking of buying one new it will feature a built-in wire that allow the edge of the holster to be molded to stay in proper position and contour better to your body. This add-in was not brought into production before the 2000 model year, so if you are thinking of buying one second hand its often best to check with the seller to see if this is integrated or not if it's something that matters to you.
Tan is the standard color offered and the Milt Sparks website makes no mention of any other, but as the company is known for being a small-run custom shop, it's very likely that you could get this pocket holster in black upon request when you place your order.
The Milt Sparks PCH pocket holsters are designed to be carried in the strong-side pocket with the holster itself being retained inside the pocket when the gun is drawn, the design if light-weight and simple for those wishing to carry a small handgun when the need arises.
I used to be a guy would would carry a full-size Glock everywhere I went. Things have changed since I became a personal trainer and I found myself wanting something a bit smaller. I bought a Kel Tec .380 and picked up one of these little pocket holsters off of eBay to go with it.
The CCW side of my life is so much sweeter now. I used to not carry anything to the gym because I was worried about dressing/undressing. Now I just leave this little gun in my pocket when I change out of my trousers and into my gym clothes upon arrival. I put the same pair of trousers back on after my workout is finished. I’m always armed on the way in and the way out now with no problems. It’s been a great solution.
