If you are familiar at all with Uncle Mike's Holsters, then you know that they pretty much look at any traditional design and figure out how they can make it with nylon and make it better. Such is the case with their pocket holster.

Uncle Mike's Pocket Holster comes in two variations. The first is a full-wrap that covers the majority of the gun up to the grip. This design is doubly effective at breaking up the outline of the gun when carried in the pocket. It's weakness lies in the fact that the grip of the pistol is not completely exposed, setting up the possibility of a more tenuous grip when the gun is drawn in an emergency situation.

The second variation of this pocket holster utilizes a cut-back design. While not as effective at presenting a smooth, broken-up outline of the pistol when carried, it is possible to get a better grip on the handgun when the need arises. The exposed "wing" helps to anchor the holster in the pocket as well.

Both of these pocket holster designs features the tried-and-true nylon weave construction that Uncle Mike's is known for. They both has a good amount of padding. Not so much padding that the holster feels bulky, but enough to allow the gun to rest comfortably when sitting and walking. They both have non-slip strips stitched into the holster's exterior to aid in keeping the holster in the pocket when drawn.

This pocket holster is ambidextrous by default. They are only available in black and they are available for the most popular compact pistol and revolver frames.
