Thunderwear was designed by someone who carries a pistol each and every day. It is a stable belly band platform with series of unique features that transform it into what many consider to be the most comfortable, concealed carry holster possible.
The weight of both the pistol and the holster are anchored around the hip bones instead of the waist. Defense Security Products, who make the Thunderwear holster state that as the carry weight is secured to the body's frame and not the soft tissue of the waist that long-term wear is achieved without a lot of the discomfort associated with other belly band holsters.
The weapon is worn center line one the front of the body. Many worry that this will impair mobility but owners of these holsters say that the positioning of the gun in this manner does not interfere with normal or rigorous activity. When you sit down, the weapon fits down comfortably between your legs. "Sensitive" body parts are behind the bulk of the weapon. Worn on top of the underwear and shirt, but under the trousers. Be as active as you want. You'll never have to adjust your holster. The holster also features an integrated magazine pouch.

I thought that this holster would be uncomfortable when I first saw it but it’s not that expensive and I’ve been looking for a belly band holster and I heard a lot of good things about it.
Don’t let the picture fool you though, a large-frame gun does not carry so well with this holster. All my smaller frame guns do just fine though.
